AMG Solutions Marketing interviews, decoded.

The interview process had 3 rounds. First, I chatted with the company president, who was super nice and easy to talk to, mostly just small talk to get to know me. Then, I spoke with an Account Manager who went over what a typical day is like, the salary, and different stages of employment. The last interview was just a Q&A session.

I applied on Glassdoor and heard from the recruiter the next day. She set up an interview with the President of the company for the next day! The office was easy to find and really impressive. The receptionist was nice and offered me coffee while I completed an application. Then the President met me and we went to his office for the interview. It was a quick and relaxing interview. The day after, I met with an account manager to discuss details and answer my questions. Soon after, I was offered the job by the President. The whole process was professional and showed they cared about my goals and our success.

The process was super fast. I applied online and heard back quickly. The recruiter had great energy! I asked a ton of questions and she answered them all. My next interview was the following week with the company president. I felt really at ease during the interview and they asked some unique questions that showed they were really interested in what I could do. They emailed me to invite me for a second interview, which I accepted. I'm excited to go back and learn more.
