I went through three interview rounds with them, and they took over two weeks to get back to me after each one. It was pretty unprofessional and definitely made me anxious. Either HR is really disorganized and slow, or they just don't care about the applicants. It was a very drawn-out process.
The HR person was super nice and kept me in the loop. I went through 3 rounds, but then they said I didn't have enough technical knowledge. The in-person interview was about an hour long. Honestly, it felt a bit long, especially if they already knew I lacked technical experience – could have saved us all some time.
It was quite a thorough evaluation process. The process started with an initial HR round, then I had a technical round. After that, there was another HR round, which then led to the offer discussion round. The process concluded there—it didn’t progress beyond that. Even though it didn’t go further, I appreciated the clarity of the selection stages.
