The interview process was really thorough. It included phone screenings, video calls, a behavioral assessment, a critical thinking assessment, an on-site interview, and an on-site skills test for a 3D modeling program. A few of us were hired at the same time and we all worked well together immediately. Their process clearly worked and I would be confident in their next hire.

The interview process included a phone screen followed by a panel interview. It was hard to tell what the company was looking for, and the staff and leadership seemed dishonest.

The interview process was essentially nonexistent. They asked if I could do a phone screening at a specific time and date, which I agreed to, and they confirmed. However, the call never happened. All my attempts to follow up via email or phone were ignored. It was extremely unprofessional and certainly not worth pursuing a role at a company that treats candidates with such disrespect.
