The whole process took about two months, from the very first contact. I had a few rounds of interviews, which were pretty good, until I got to the code challenge. It was a whole full-stack app to build, including the frontend, backend, and database. After I submitted it, they just went silent. Total waste of my time.
It was off putting and unorganized. With the ample opportunities for SDR positions in this market I suggest not wasting your time. Pay is low compared to market, commission plan is weak. Met with 2 people. The first guy I spoke with seemed uninterested and seemed as if he was very distracted just reading off a list of questions and typing my answers word for word. Somehow made it to the next round and was hesitant to even attend.
The interview process was really thorough! I got to meet and talk with the CEO directly, and also interviewed with different team members. They had me do some exercises to check out my skills. I got an offer and started working within 2 weeks.
