The interview process was pretty good and didn't feel too long. They had their best people meet with me to get to know me and show me around.
HR reached out to me for a zoom interview, which went well. Following that, two zoom meetings were scheduled with managers from the claims department, but they didn't show up. It seems there was a miscommunication between HR and the claims team.
I didn't have to interview for this role because my position was a result of acquiring a shell company. The local office's culture was old-fashioned back then. The parent company in Michigan was probably more forward-thinking but still had inefficient processes.
