Candidate-reported interview process

HR reached out to me on LinkedIn for this role. They sent over a coding assignment with some coding and SQL questions. After that, I had a follow-up Zoom interview. The interviewer was nice, and the whole experience was good. It was all done in under a week.

The CIO started questioning my resume and grilling me from the start about not having production experience in Java, as if not having it is a major offense. He then falsely accused me of claiming to be Advanced in Java. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal.
