Candidate-reported interview process

I had an interview over zoom with the VP of sales and other people applying for the job. It lasted about an hour and felt pretty laid back.

This whole process was a total waste of time. I've interviewed twice and both times were a mistake. I'd suggest looking for better pay and training opportunities elsewhere. It seems like the interviewers already have a predetermined list of candidates they plan to hire and will only focus their attention on those individuals during the interview.

We had a group interview with about 6 other people. The whole interview was about 30 minutes long. We went around the zoom call answering questions.
