Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was really good. I had two rounds of talks before we got to talk about the salary. The interviews focused on skills in Java and Spring Boot, and also Microservices.

It started with a phone screen to chat about my background and what I'm looking for. Then there was a technical test to check my skills and how I solve problems, but I didn't get past that.

The interview involved discussing my hobbies and motivations for pursuing software development. No technical assessments were given; the focus was on my communication abilities.
