Candidate-reported interview process

I had one interview with the office manager and the owner of the firm. It was about 30 minutes long, and they asked 70% qualitative questions and 30% technical questions. At the end, the owner gave me good feedback.

It was pretty relaxed. I had an onsite interview that was basically a chat about my background and college stuff. Got an offer right after, the whole thing was super smooth.

So there were two rounds in total. First up was a technical interview with three developers. It was a pretty good level and went for about an hour. Then, the second round was an in-person interview with the director, and it was more focused on managerial stuff.
