It took me a month to get the offer letter. I was introduced to employer by a consultant. 1st round was an interview with my immediate Line manager. Post that I was called to clear a process knowledge test which was short followed by an MS Excel test. I had to meet up with the Sr Manager for a round of interview which was regarding personal introduction and process knowledge. I cleared these rounds and after about 5 days was called in for a final round with the US VP Strategic Sourcing and had a 45 minutes long chat regarding career objectives, work perspective, and things like that. After another 10-12 days I received the offer letter. Ohhh in between I was in regular contact with the HR.
It was a phone screening first, then I went in person to their office for the next round. Mostly behavioral questions but they threw in a couple of technical ones. Since it was an entry level internship and the office was pretty small, they seemed more focused on if I'd fit in than my technical skills.
I first met the company at a career fair and got invited for an interview about two weeks later. After the first round, I had my second round at their headquarter. It had two 1:1 interviews, each 45 minutes long. The interview was mostly behaviorial questions.
