Candidate-reported interview process

There was a group of interviewers who reviewed my resume and then conducted a standard interview with me.

It was pretty informal, but they wanted to see if I had the natural market sense to do well as a financial advisor. They talked about the licenses needed, like series 7, series 66, and life and health with variable annuities. You have to pay for the licenses at first, but they'll pay you back if you pass.

It was quite a long process with 6 interviews, some in person and some over the phone, where I met different managers and executives. Each interview was about an hour long. There were also follow-up interviews that took more time. On top of that, I had to complete skill and personality tests, each taking about 3 hours. It felt like a lot.
