Candidate-reported interview process

I interviewed with the whole team, total of 3 people. It was a good experience and I ended up getting an offer which I accepted. It took about 3 weeks from start to offer. They were friendly and it wasn't tough.

It was a pretty chill interview process. First, I had a phone call with the recruiter. Then, I had a Skype call with two of the leaders. Both interviews were pretty easy and focused on behavioral questions and a review of my resume. They also talked about the job and the perks of working at Ameriprise.

The phone interview process was great, very down to earth. It sounded like an amazing company to work for that really looks after its employees. They called me and said they'd review candidates over the phone. The gentleman would drive down from Jacksonville and we would meet with the financial advisors for a formal interview and then proceed from there.
