They asked me to introduce myself and then asked some behavioral questions. The hiring manager was 15 minutes late and seemed uninterested.
Applied online and got a call for a phone interview within 4-5 days. The phone interview was scheduled, but the HR recruiter was 30 minutes late, which was inconvenient as I had to book a conference room. The interview itself went smoothly. About a week later, I was contacted for an in-person interview with the hiring manager and a colleague. The interview was mostly STAR-based, focusing on difficult ethical questions, which I hadn't anticipated for this role. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but never did. Very unprofessional experience.
I went through an aptitude test and a personal interview. Both went well, but I'm not sure why I didn't get an offer. The atmosphere was great, and the people working there are charming; it's a place anyone would love to join. It was just my bad luck.
