I applied online and after a few weeks, I received a call. They thought another position was a better fit for me and scheduled a 30-minute phone interview with a recruiter to go over my resume. A few days later, I got a call to set up an onsite interview with a Manager and a Director. Most of the questions were behavioral.
I learned about the interviews through a friend who recommended me at the company. I then called the company and scheduled an interview. To prepare, I got help from friends and looked at sample interviews online to see how to present myself. The company first administered an IQ test. After passing that, I had a 2:1 interview. Upon passing that round, I completed a skills test. During the 2:1 interview, I was honest and didn't try too hard to give exceptional answers, just kept it simple and used a bit of humor to ease the mood. Confidence is crucial. The work culture is very professional, people help each other, and the facilities are top-notch.
