Had a phone interview with two potential leaders. It was pretty casual and laid-back, which might have made me too comfortable, leading me to joke with them. They asked standard interview questions, but since I've done this job before, we got into the specifics. Because they work directly with you, you can't fake your way through it.
It was a terrible place to work. Management was outdated and awful, and the staff was unfriendly and understaffed. I wish I had never interviewed there. They seem desperate for people due to extremely high turnover. I wouldn't recommend working there unless you're also desperate for a job.
I was initially contacted by a recruitment agency. The first stage involved a written assessment covering basic accounts and communication skills, including BRS and journal entries. This was followed by an introductory interview with HR, where we discussed career goals, such as where I see myself in five years. The final round was a combined technical and introductory interview with another HR representative.
