AmeriPharma Interview Questions

Started with a screening call with HR, then a technical call, all via Zoom. The third round was a paid half-day to assess how I work, especially with managing and guiding a team. They were looking for someone technical and good at managing a small team (3-4 people), which seemed to be a focus of the updated role. They were very kind and seemed focused on finding the right fit.

It was the usual questions, nothing out of the ordinary. I went through two rounds of interviews and they were both enjoyable, which isn't the normal for job interviews. I felt that I got a really good glimpse into what working at the company may be like and they were honest in responding to the questions I asked.

It was a really fast and simple interview process. I met with the supervisor for around 30 to 45 minutes. It was pretty chill and professional. The person who interviewed me and everyone else I talked to was super nice.
