Candidate-reported interview process

It was a very easy interview with 2 managers. They asked me about myself and my experience. It took about 20 minutes in the manager's office. After 3 days, I got my offer.

Got a call for an interview and set up a date. When I arrived, I was asked to wait for the hiring manager. He met me, took me to his office, and asked some questions about the job and my future goals. Then, we went upstairs for a running test and a driving test. I had to run around the parking deck within a time limit and then drive through traffic cones, including in reverse. Later that week, I was invited for orientation. The hiring manager gave me a packet of company info and a uniform. I also got a tour of the work area, the airport, and important locations.

I applied and got a call the very next day for an interview. It was pretty basic and informal. After answering some questions, I had to do a driving test.
