It was a very straightforward process. They used a case study type of interview to really check my clinical knowledge. They reviewed my background and job history, then we jumped right into the clinical case. I personally liked this interview style.
It was pretty chill, the questions were easy. I talked to 3 people at different levels. The whole thing took over 3 weeks, but it worked out and I got the job.
It was kind of a drawn out process. Started with an initial conversation with the recruiter, then there was a timed self-video interview, then a whole team interview, and then an upper management video call. The in-person interviews were mostly good. Everyone was friendly and the vibe was laid back. I didn't get any feedback after the interviews, just a generic thank you for your interest email. Given the amount of time and rounds involved, it would've been nice to get some feedback on how it went instead of just a generic email.
