The recruiter reached out to set up an interview using an online scheduling system, which was convenient. She asked general questions about my background in comms and marketing, and about specific tools I've used. It was a pretty bad experience though, because I later found out she didn't share key information about the role. Pretty wild when you're looking to hire someone for your own company.
This was a self-recording interview. It wasn't too long but had some tough questions for beginners. The behavioral questions were standard. I didn't pass because I was too stressed. The whole thing took about 30-45 minutes. If you missed the deadline for submitting your recording, it would be canceled with no exceptions.
The interview process spanned a month. I had four separate virtual meetings with different leaders, each lasting 30-45 minutes. It felt repetitive because each leader asked similar questions.
