First there was a phone interview, which was pretty casual and covered general expectations and my background. Then I had an in-person interview, but it felt more like a formality because one of the interviewers didn't even show up.
Had a phone interview with the hiring manager, which was very professional. They then flew me out to headquarters where I signed some paperwork. It was a good experience and a cool company.
The people I talked to were really nice and the process felt smooth. We had a good conversation about the job itself and also about things outside of work. I felt like they were really paying attention to what I was saying. It seems like a great place to work.
