Candidate-reported interview process

Interviewed on campus. The interview was with the majority of executives. Getting to the campus was straightforward from the airport. The campus is in the Sugarland area suburb. The commute back was effective.

The interview took about an hour and had 2 interviewers on a video call. They were both nice and friendly. It felt more like a chat than other interviews I've had. I got a job offer notification less than an hour after it ended.

It was a long process, but once they saw how we could help each other, it went faster. They care more about if you're a good cultural fit and seem excited about the role, since they can teach you the rest. You gotta respect that as a candidate.
