Candidate-reported interview process

I had an audio-only interview where they asked standard questions. These included situational questions and others.

It was a two-part interview process. I didn't get the position, but it was a definite learning experience. I used to be a team member at Pacific and wanted to try my luck.

I had a group phone interview with some Team Leaders and Unit Leaders. It was like a panel interview where they asked questions for about an hour. I had to answer their questions and then rebut. They wanted to know why I was going for this fellowship. They also asked about the recommendation letters I gave them.
