Candidate-reported interview process

The interviewers mixed personality tests with skills assessments and objectives. They were friendly and encouraging. My interviews were over the phone with two rounds, and I felt confident at the end of the process that I was joining a great team.

The interview process was pretty thorough and included a detailed background check at both the city and federal levels. Once all the paperwork was sorted out successfully, I was brought into the program. The whole thing took about 2 to 3 weeks.
