Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was straightforward and efficient. I really enjoyed it; everyone was really nice and provided clear job expectations. I'm thankful I got to interview and work with amazing people. I am so grateful for the opportunity.

The interview process had two rounds for me, one was an application-based performance round and the other was a formal interview. It felt easy. I'd suggest using your common sense and experience. Even if you lack professional experience, life experience is sufficient.

The interview process included a question about my motivation for civic service, and a general 'tell me about yourself' question. They were great communicators and interviewers, and I really enjoyed the interview process as a great opportunity to grow as an individual.
