They call it a panel interview with their team, but it's actually multiple interviewees. This made it longer than necessary. The interview started 15 minutes late, which was super unprofessional. I asked some tough questions, and I'm pretty sure that's why I never heard back or got any feedback, even though they said I would.
Had 4 interviews with different teams and the VP. The team seemed nice but I should have been better prepared because most of the questions were hypothetical and required critical thinking. I didn't get any feedback on why I wasn't selected.
The people were really nice and they did a good job of explaining the company and the culture. It's a 2-stage interview process with a screening and then a manager interview. They communicate really quickly, so you'll know if you're getting the job soon.
