Had a phone chat with HR about my work history and some how-would-you-handle-it scenarios. Then, if that went well, had an on-camera interview with the Team Leads, focusing on whether I could handle the job.
Started with a call from the recruiter. Then had a face-to-face interview with the manager and another department manager. There was also a pop quiz to test my Excel skills. The managers made it clear that ALL employees are paid on a base+bonus basis.
Most interviews are done by Open Interviews, they happen very frequently and you don't need an appointment so it makes it very convenient. You are almost guaranteed to be interviewed. You get to sit with a collector to see how they work so if you don't know what its like you get a good idea then.
