AmeriCold Inc. Interview Questions

I had a phone interview, then an in person interview, and then a follow up call. It felt very personal and easy, but was definitely disorganized. They told me I was gonna get the job in person, but then two weeks later told me over the phone I didn't get it.

It was a really simple interview process, pretty standard stuff. They gave a great explanation of what the job involves and the position itself. The warehouse tour was also super informative and interesting. I learned about the company structure and how they are expanding. Everyone I met was really nice and greeted me.

It was a really smooth and professional interview process. I got an offer, but I had to decline because the job was in another state. I'd totally recommend this company to work for. They have great pay and awesome benefits, and they're one of the biggest cold storage places around.
