I had a phone interview with a recruiter from Cornerstone Executive Search. It seemed to go well, and she said she'd get back to me. I sent a follow-up email, but never heard anything back. It's a shame because this doesn't really reflect on Americo directly, but the recruiters shouldn't be ghosting candidates, especially for an AVP role.
So first there was this 15 min call with HR, and then I had like an hour-long interview with the hiring manager. Oh yeah, and before all that I had to do this Wonderlic test.
It started with a quick 15-minute chat with HR. After that, I had to complete two assessments that were pretty simple and quick. Finally, there was a video interview with some folks from the department, and it was a group thing.
