The interview process was pretty lengthy but very thorough. I had to do a separate test and passed it before advancing to the next level. They were very quick to respond and provide next steps.
So I applied online and then I hit up the HR Manager and we set up a phone screening. After that, I had to do this big personality test. Then I interviewed on Skype with two marketing people. After a drug test, they offered me the job. It was pretty fast and easy.
I drove from Auburn to the Mart downtown in Atlanta for an interview. I met with someone from the Fashion office at Atlanta Apparel. It was a one-on-one interview where I discussed my resume and past experiences in the apparel industry.
