It was ok, they tell you to talk about yourself and they get back to you if you get hired and contact you in a few weeks. If you're a good candidate for the position you applied for, they contact you in less than a week.
First interview with Admin/Program Manager (casual). Second interview with corporate - RDO and RNC (phone). It wasn't too difficult, they asked honest questions about both parties' expectations. We discussed the salary and bonus package in a comfortable setting.
The interview process was pretty intense. I was in room with several managers that asked a lot of questions. This interview was then followed by two more interviews with upper management who also asked several questions.
