Candidate-reported interview process

It was a really quick process. I spoke with the director of recruitment. The interview itself was pretty standard and straightforward. They were looking for someone with minimal experience, and while a degree can help your chances, it wasn't strictly necessary. The whole thing was short and easy. Communication was also really fast throughout.

Administrator called and asked about my experience and previous jobs. I met with multiple departments and received a tour. They offered a lot of on the job training. The staff were very friendly.

Had a phone chat with someone internal (not HR) first. Then, I had two interviews with the VP/CEO. It wasn't a super formal process, but I made sure to bring my best with samples and my portfolio to make a good impression.
