Candidate-reported interview process

First you have a screening call. If you pass that, you go in for two panels that happen one after another. Each panel has two or three interviewers.

The HR was pretty slow. You should study the company lingo and figure out how your background fits their culture, as that's super important. The whole thing took a couple of months from start to finish.

The interview process included an initial interview followed by a 3-hour panel interview with six individuals. The panel heavily focused on PBM. Understanding PBM is crucial for this role, so researching it on the Koch industry's website beforehand is recommended to grasp the context of the questions asked.
