Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty straightforward process. They mainly want to know if you've driven manual stick and if you have common sense. I first applied online, and then I met with a recruiter at a job fair while I was still in college. They mainly asked about my availability, and they seem pretty flexible if you're a student. The person interviewing you is usually a valet or someone with valet experience, not just an office person, and they're quite professional.

I saw an ad in the university newspaper and applied. I had two interviews. The first was a phone call, and then they invited me for an in-person interview at their headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. The questions were pretty standard, like 'tell me about yourself'. After I got hired, I went through a one-day course about the company and its policies, and they gave me uniforms for both summer and winter.

The interview went really well! I met with one of their reps at the University Marriott here in Tucson, AZ. The interviewer was asking the typical questions about my past work history. I think very highly of American Valet and I think you will find out the same thing if you ever do business with American Valet.
