I had an interview on Teams with two people from AUA. Two different agencies mentioned a long-standing relationship with AUA and that they are a repeat client. They seem very picky, but the pay is only average. It appears they might have high turnover, as just two days after interviewing me and others, a recruiter called about the same position saying they received the job order recently. One recruiter I know had previously filled this exact role.
The recruiter reached out, and a week later, I had a Zoom interview. Three days after that, I was invited to the BWI Office for an in-person interview, which was about a week later. The office is in a remote area but it's a nice place. Everyone I met was polite and professional. I felt good about my chances of getting an offer after the interview.
Had a quick screening call, then a Zoom meeting with several people from the department. Everything else was via email. Got a rejection email a little over a week after.
