Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was a good one. First I talked to the HR manager, then I spoke with the hiring manager. They told me about the company and asked me typical questions about my background, what salary I was looking for, my strengths and weaknesses, and why I was interested in the role.

The whole thing was pretty straightforward. I had a video call first, then I went to the office for a panel interview. Everything felt super professional.

This was the fastest and most professional recruitment I've experienced. The interviewers were professional and asked challenging, creative questions. The HR team was responsible and quick, always keeping me updated on my status. The HR manager's professionalism reflected well on the company.
