Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was straightforward and efficient for qualified candidates. The company recognized that the interview is a mutual evaluation for a good working relationship. Throughout the process, the interviewers were friendly and supportive.

The interview process was really bad; they were rude and unwelcoming. I felt like I experienced racial discrimination. They also didn't follow up with an email as promised.

I had an initial chat with a recruiter, then a second interview with the DM. Both went super well, and they told me I'd be meeting the DM in person the next week. I followed up a few times, and they kept saying she'd reach out, but I never heard back. They totally ghosted me, which was really unprofessional. If they made other decisions in the meantime, they should have at least communicated that. Glad I didn't get stuck with what seems like a bad company.
