So, first there's a technical screen, then they hit you with some deep programming fundamentals and framework questions, then a system design chat, a coding/problem-solving bit, and finally, an interview about your experience, how you communicate, and if you're a good culture fit.
So first there was an HR round where they just asked a little bit about me and my background and then talked about my availability for the technical interview. There was only one technical interview round where they asked about my work and then some tech related questions and that was it, pretty chill.
Once I joined the call, they refused to be on camera. The interviewer also had no LinkedIn profile. The only questions I was asked were about why I'm looking to leave my current role and if I have other offers lined up. They also asked if I had something in my pipeline, why am I applying to them.
