Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was formal but also relaxed. The interviewers were polite, professional, and on time. The office felt energetic and nice. They asked typical questions, nothing out of the ordinary.

I had an online interview with two current employees. It was a smooth and fluent exchange, allowing for both sides to learn a little bit about each other, and there were valuable insights into the company’s work culture and expectations.

The first interview went really well and the team seemed super friendly. I followed up after that first interview and they told me I'd hear back within the next week. Haven't heard anything since then.
