The process started quickly with contact via email and phone to set up a combined interview with the recruiter and hiring team. The interview went well, and I was told I'd hear back in about two weeks. However, I didn't hear back for several weeks. After I emailed again, I finally received a response stating they had chosen another candidate, calling it a tough decision. This lack of consideration for the effort put into preparing, researching, and presenting my best self feels unprofessional and uncaring, especially from an established organization like ASHA. They should do better; people are not bots.
The interview process was thorough and quick. I had two panel interviews with approx 4-6 people before I received a job offer. The team was very transparent throughout the whole process.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It involved panel interviews with several internal stakeholders. Everything was well-organized and felt casual, but they asked some really good questions. HR was involved in the facilitation, and the other employees were friendly and professional.
