Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was excellent! I was asked to do a phone interview the same day I applied! Such a quick turnaround! The recruitment manager, Tracy Hollamon, responded to me very quickly and was lovely to speak with. She explained the process well and was very efficient in setting up additional interviews and keeping me notified of my status. It was the fastest and easiest process I've ever been a part of. The HR team made it exemplary. Highly recommend!

The process was very quick and the interviewers were friendly in a professional setting. They followed up with a second interview the following week. I was always kept informed about my standing in the hiring process, which made for a great experience.

The HR recruiter was super friendly but asked some weirdly personal stuff that wasn't job-related, which was awkward. They didn't do a drug test. The manager and director seemed nice, but they both ended up leaving the company. The background check took about three weeks in total.
