Candidate-reported interview process

The onboarding process wasn't great and there wasn't much of a formal interview process. The Executive Director made the final decision without much input from Senior Management. Staff members didn't really have a part in making the decision.

I filled out the application, and then heard from the mentor who ended up hiring me a few months later. After some email correspondence, he officially took me on as his intern.

Applied online, got a call from HR to come in for an interview with the Controller and CFO. Got an offer a few days later. The whole thing took about a week.
