I had a two-part interview process. First, I spoke with HR and then two people from the marketing team. After that, I had a second, more detailed interview with different teams that had three rounds. I also had to do a project-based assessment before the interview. The people were really nice, but I heard nothing back after the interviews, no offer or rejection.
The interview process spanned two days with different directors. However, on the last day, there was disagreement between a female director and a male director regarding the interview's direction, which, in hindsight, indicates a lack of clear direction for the role.
So basically, after you apply online or get referred, they look at your resume. Then, they'll call you for the first interview, which could be in person or over the phone. They'll keep you updated on what's going on via phone and email.
