The interview process was professional and speedy. I got a tour and then interviewed with the Director of Nursing and the administrator. The background check was quick. They do a drug screen when you get hired. We talked about pay and what the job would entail. They also gave me information on stuff like college educational opportunities and reimbursement.
I met with the ED Bob and he discussed the job in the entirety what the expectations would be and what the job completely involved. he was extremely informative about what would be expected of me and what the job would be.
It was a very relaxed interview where you were in charge. It wasn't intense or stressful, and everyone was friendly and happy to describe the job. Don't worry about it.
