I applied online and after a few weeks, I got a call for a group interview. There were about 25 people in the group. We all got a tour of the warehouse and then had quick one-on-one interviews. After that, they mentioned background checks. A few days later, I got an email for a drug test and a physical/step test. After passing those, I received a job offer. Just a heads-up, if your blood pressure is even a little high, you won't be able to take the step test without a doctor's note.
Had a phone interview where they asked a lot of behavioral questions and explained the job better. Then, I had an in-person interview with three managers, which I wasn't expecting, so I wasn't totally ready.
First, I took a number matching test, a drug screen, and a physical abilities test. After meeting all the qualifications, I was brought in for an orientation and a walk-through of the facility. About a week later, I had another interview with a supervisor. Then, I was asked to start working the following week.
