Candidate-reported interview process

After the four employee interviews, I was given a tour of the facility and the office area that I would be working in. I also had introductions to the management team.

This hiring process was remarkably fast compared to others I've seen. I applied on a Wednesday and had my first chat with a recruiter that Friday. The whole journey from applying to getting an offer took under two weeks!

It was a really long and drawn-out process. I had multiple rounds with people from all the departments, including upper management, my potential peers, and even people who would report to me. There were standard behavior questions. They didn't offer tours unless I specifically asked. Some people I interviewed with weren't really prepared and were late.
