Candidate-reported interview process

It was a one-on-one interview with the manager. They asked about my experience and how I am a team player. Also asked about my main strength and weakness. The interview was short, only about 10 minutes. They seem to be open to hiring new grads if you're committed to completing the training and can work the 12-hour shifts.

It was a really easy interview, but still professional. Everyone I met was very nice and welcoming. The manager was really personable and kind, as were the staff members on and off the treatment floor. I enjoyed meeting the whole team.

I actually first went through a recruiting agency, they were the ones who worked with this company to find out if I’d be a good fit for the team, and then once we met, they connected me with the hiring manager.
