The interview process started with an online test covering basic aptitude and technical questions in C, C++, and DBMS. Those who cleared the online test proceeded to a group discussion (GD), where about 50% were eliminated. After the GD, there was a technical round, and finally an HR round. I was eliminated in the technical round because of riddles.
I had two interviews. First one was with HR and the second one was with the general manager. They offered me the job on the spot right after the second interview. The offer was $12/hour plus commission. It was a good experience, they were nice and the process was exactly as they described it.
So the interview had a quick typing test, just to make sure you can type 30 wpm minimum. It's pretty easy and takes like a minute or less. You'll be talking with 2 or more people who will ask questions one after another. At the end, they'll mention needing to check your references, do a drug test, and pass a background check before they can offer you the job.
