Candidate-reported interview process

Great interview process. It was organized and friendly. Even though it didn't work out, communication was always there. I'd definitely consider applying for other jobs here. Thanks.

We kicked off with a phone chat, and after that, I was sent an Excel sheet task to complete. The final stages involved a Zoom meeting with two people from the office, and then, if all went well, I'd be placed on a vessel.

HR had a video call to screen me. It seemed like they were looking for keywords in my application/resume. I got an invite really fast, within 12 hours of applying, I think because my last job title was similar to this one.
