Standard interview practices, phone screen with HR and then the hiring manager and some team members. Talking to the team members allowed me to get a feel for the team I was walking into which is important to me.

This application asks if you are willing to participate in unpaid training, which is illegal in the US and they seem to require it. You can report illegal practices like unpaid training to the DOL, and also retaliation for those unwilling to participate. I don't know how they've gotten away with this, but the DOL says it's illegal and court cases back it up, even in right to work states. This info is important for understanding what it's like to work or apply here.
