The entire process was remote and pretty simple, but the questions were a bit tougher than usual. They really care about experience with people dealing with mental health challenges.
The interview process began with a phone interview, followed by an assessment that was easy and had ample time to complete. After that, I interviewed with two colleagues and then the director. The questions were straightforward. HR was communicative and kept me updated.
I had a Zoom interview with 2 people from the department. They explained the role and asked me some basic questions, like the usual interview stuff. After the interview, they asked me to send over a writing sample and two references.
